This post conference session will be divided into two parts which will focus on specific next steps that you can take in your organization in order to reduce the risk of a quality of care failure and achieve better quality within your organization.

• The first session will focus on opportunities to align operational incentives around quality and build a “commitment to quality” within your organization –
• The second session will focus on specific steps that you can take to reduce the risk of a government enforcement action involving a quality of care failure which will include an in-depth look at data mining and how to design your quality of care risk assessment. It will also cover a case study of a quality of care legal risk assessment.
