We have contracted overflow hotel rooms with the Bellagio Hotel (Located next door to Caesars Palace); To make reservations attendees need to call 888.987.6667 and identify themselves with the Healthcare Compliance Institute.

The rates at the Bellagio are $239.00 for Saturday, April 28 th, 2012 and $189.00 per night for Sunday, April 29 th through Wednesday, May 2 nd, 2012.  All rates are per room, per night, single or double occupancy. Included in the rate is In-room internet access, Access to the Spa at Bellagio Fitness Center, Airline Boarding Pass Printing in Hotel’s Business Services Center, Local Calls and Toll Free Phone Calls.

Caesar's Palace (SOLD OUT OF GROUP RATE ROOMS)

The group rate is $189 plus tax per single/double per night; mention HCCA’s Compliance Institute when making your reservation. The hotel requires a one-night deposit equal to the first night’s room rate, plus tax(es), when making your reservation. Note that if your reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the charge for the one-night deposit will be billed immediately. Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date in order to receive a refund of the one-night deposit. Each guest room must have at least one registered guest who is 21 years of age or older.

All room-type requests are requests only. The front desk will do their best to accommodate all requests, but they are not guaranteed.
