Stuart Showalter Stuart Showalter is an attorney and educator who has worked on health law issues his entire career with a special focus on compliance issues for the past 15 years. He is the author of The Law of Healthcare Administration (5th ed.), published by Health Administration Press. He has taught health law and public policy at Washington University, St. Louis University, and the University of Central Florida.
