Sheryl Tatar Dacso, J.D., Dr.P.H., Partner, Health Law Department, Brown McCarroll, LLP. Dr. Dacso has over 28 years experience practicing health care law. She served for over 10 years as general counsel to several state ambulatory surgery associations including those of California and Texas, and includes as part of her practice legal counsel in relationship to formation, merger, acquisition and operational/compliance issues for ASCs. She is board certified in health law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is Certified in Health Care by HCCA.
