 Robert Tietjen
Robert Tietjen is founder, President and CEO of Policy Technologies International, one of America’s fastest growing software companies. Prior to starting PolicyTech he served as both Chairman and member of the Performance Improvement Committee at Madison Memorial Hospital, helping them to achieve the Northwest Quality Award. After being frustrated by the lack of software programs that help automate policy management, Robert and two of his brothers started PolicyTech. Since that time, his company has seen extensive growth with over 600 clients using the product, many of which are fortune 100 companies, and some of the largest health systems in the nation. Robert has a Master’s degree in Communications from Idaho State University. Robert and his wife have 7 beautiful children, and being with them is his greatest joy. He very much enjoys being surrounded by the beautiful mountains in Idaho, and loves to spend time working on projects around the house and yard. He is also grateful for the opportunity that he has to work with a team of motivated, loyal staff who care deeply about the people they serve. He firmly believes that has been the key to their success.
