Paula Bistak Paula Bistak, RN, MS, CIP, CHRC is currently the Executive Director for Human Subject Protections at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) overseeing the Program’s three-campus IRB system, its quality assurance/improvement initiative, and its educational outreach for the UMDNJ research community. She has been a presenter for the Office of Human Research Protection (OHRP), the Society of Research Administrators (SRA), and Public Responsibility in Medicine and Research (PRIM&R). Back
