Chris Bangerter

Chris Bangerter received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1988. After serving with the Aviation Branch, United States Army, Chris attained his law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1995. He has represented hospitals and health care clients, both in private practice and as in-house counsel at Vanderbilt University, HCA and LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. Currently he serves as the Compliance Officer for LifePoint Hospitals, Inc., a publicly traded hospital company headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, that operates approximately 50 hospitals in non-urban communities. Additionally, he is active in his community through service on the board of directors of the Park Center, a non-profit agency assisting individuals diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, as well as the board of directors of Leadership Health Care, a nationally recognized initiative of the Nashville Health Care Council. He and his wife Becky reside in Brentwood and have three children, Lucas 11, Eva Grace 9, and Jack 6.
