Anne Doyle is Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Fallon Community Health Plan where she is responsible for the oversight of all corporate compliance, internal audit and privacy activities, as well as regulatory affairs and program support services. Prior to this she was Director of Public Policy, Government Affairs and Compliance at Tufts Health Plan. Her professional experience includes positions in Massachusetts state government, Deloitte Consulting, and at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center where she was responsible for the state-wide replication of the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
Ms. Doyle holds a Master’s degree in business administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude from Tufts University. She was a Fulbright Scholar in Sweden.
Ms. Doyle serves on the national board of the Health Care Compliance Association and served for three years as co-chair of the Massachusetts Health Data Consortium Privacy Forum, a statewide organization of health care privacy officers. She serves on the board of a national cancer research foundation, the Caring for Carcinoid Foundation. Ms. Doyle is a graduate and fellow of the America's Health Insurance Plans Executive Leadership Program.
